Tyson goes on a mission!

This last week Tyson (Brady's younger brother) came to Utah to be dropped off at the MTC. Brady took him to do so many things on Tuesday. First they went to Ensign Peak which is the picture above. Then we all went to Welfare Square, along with Don (Katie's brother-in-law) who was in town! Brady then took Tyson to the Beehive house. Brady, Tyson, Katie and Lee (Brady's older brother) then went to the 3:00 session at the Salt Lake Temple. This was so neat because Grandma and Grandpa Marshall were part of the live session. It was really neat to participate with them. After the session Grandma and Grandpa took us on a little tour of the temple which was also really neat! I think the new missionary really enjoyed that as well! The last visit we made was to Great Grandma Paul who is almost 97 years old. She hasn't been doing too well the last week and month so it was good to visit her. Brady held her hand and talked to her while we were there. She definitely remembered him and was sad when we left.

The next day we got to drop off Tyson at the MTC. We parked and went and took a picture and then drove to the drop up which is basically like the airport. He left so fast and was so ready to leave the lady was a little worried!! lol! He is so ready to go and we know he will be a great missionary in Baltimore, Maryland (Spanish Speaking)!

Fathers Day!

Father's Day was so fun! Before Brady got out of bed he opened a present from Marshall which was a cute book called A Day with Daddy! He really liked that. Then when he came to eat breakfast he was surprised by this puzzle!

So while he ate breakfast he put this puzzle together!

Then turned it over to read the riddle.

With a little help from Katie he found the room where the eagle was and crawled around the floor until he found the present wrapped in a gray pillow case!

This is what he found! He has really wanted a picture of Christ in our home and after being married for 2 1/2 years we finally have one!

Brady was also surprised with a book on tape which he loves because he can listen to them at work and he also got a May Ensign!! They all make sense to us and he really did like all of his gifts!!

I think he had a good Father's Day!

Update on Marshall!

Well we went for another ultrasound today to check my placenta and everything went great. I am fine. Marshall is growing just perfect. He is about 5 lbs now! We figured whats poking out where which I kind-of figured out already. We would put pictures up but the only ones we got were a freaky one of his face and a couple "Its a boy" shots (which I thought are a little embarrassing for him, but he is definitely a BOY). But we are 7 1/2 months along and just waiting to meet this crazy kid! :)

Ashley's New Little Braden!!

Ok so I hope this is ok with Ashley that I took this picture off of her facebook. Her computer is broken and she is unable to update her blog so for all of my family who don't have facebook.. here is a freaken adorable picture of little Braden! Oh my heck isn't he just so cute!

Jamie, Matt and the Boys visit!!

So when Jamie came she brought like a whole grocery cart full of stuff for us: diapers, wipes, a diaper trash can, blankets, etc. etc. This is one of the many blankets for our Marshall! She also was kind enough to buy some little outfits when we went out! Thanks again Jamie!
We were able to take Jamie rock climbing while she was here. I believe she had a pretty good time. She did really good and went pretty dang high! Brady had a great time as well! This was a fun climb for him and Nick!

I just watched to the kids!

Hayden had a little bit of a hard time at our house! This is a picture of him crying himself to sleep behind the door! It was actually pretty funny to find him like that!

But Hayden loved when Brady would come home from work and play with him. He learned his name and would say it all the time. He even asked for Brady when he woke up in the morning!

Hayden even let Brady dress him up in his Bruce Lee shirt!

Matt came on Friday which was a wonderful surprise! Jamie and I went to Abi's Bridal shower and then we all went out to La Frontera at night! Thanks again for the dinner you guys!

SO.. This is Katie.. 7 months pregnant and able to hold things on her stomach! lol! The BEST thing was that night when we were watching a movie.. I was laying on my side and all the sudden Marshall is like POPPING out of side! We all just watched in amazement as he came out a few times. He had to have pushed out at least an inch. I mean he always moves and pushes out but I had never seen something like that.. neither had Jamie or Matt! It was pretty insane!

Saturday's Rockclimbing trip in American Fork Canyon

After climbing up a steep mountain (that Katie was not ready for) we found our first place to climb! Here is a picture of Devin (Nick's friend) on the left and Brady on the right!

We had such a blast! The rock climbing was amazing and the company was great! After climbing we went to a picnic spot to cook foil dinners and smores! We had a great time!
