BROTHERS!

The boys love riding in the bike trailer/jogging stroller together.
Marshall always makes sure Scott is ok! Isn't this cute?
Latest Family picture.. Grandpa took pictures of everyone!
Girl CRAZY whether they're younger..
..or older!
Marshall making Scottie laugh!

Scottie Boy

Scott is growing up so fast! He can roll over and scoot in a circle and backwards a little. Its pretty funny. He is going to be so happy when he can crawl.
He is such a Happy Kid! He is always smiling and laughing!

He is learning how to eat. He isn't doing so good. But this is the result from the first time haha Here is a video of the first time trying to eat off a spoon.

Marshall Marshall Marshall

What a BOY! I swear Brady didn't teach him this. He just has a boyness in him that makes him think to do things like this!
AHHH!
We learned some things about Marshall for Family Night. He colored this picture to look like him. I didn't help him at all, except with the colors. He did the eyes and everything! Split image ah?
"I need a hair cut"
"I really need a hair cut"

This was a brilliant idea I saw on Pinterest. Marshall loves painting with water on the cement outside. It gets him busy for a good while!
"Say Cheese"
Marshall loves to find friends where ever we go. I think he thought this girl was Corinne. She sure looks like her. He really liked her.. and watching Brady play soccer!
More friends!
Brady was putting a shelf/table up for my new piano/keyboard! Marshall found this and thought it was a flute like Peter Pans. He kept playing it around the house. It was hilarious! Here is a video of him playing it a bit.

THANK GOODNESS the weather is getting better! This is what happens to Marshall when he is stuck inside all day for the whole winter!

A few more funny things that Marshall has said or done:

The other day we went to tuck Marshall in and he had taken off his pajamas, had his blanket pulled up to his chest and was laying on his back with his hands behind his head! It was pretty funny.

Marshall says funny things like:
"I don't believe this."
"Hey guys! How are you?"
"Hey it's those guys!"
"Oh my freaken goodness"
If you ask him something he'll say "I don't think so" or "I doesn't"
"Travis makes me happy"
We were singing the chant from Finding Nemo when Nemo becomes Shark Bate and Marshall says "He's only a boy" super concerned haha
We were practicing singing Happy Birthday for my friend Chelsea and singing the whole time Marshall sings "Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to Jessicaaa.. not Jessicaaa.. Chelseaaa."
He always says how he can't find his shadow and he can't fly without it.
Sometimes when he needs help for something all the sudden he yells "Oh Tootles!! Oh Tootles!!" And he really expects him to come help. It is from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

OCD?

You tell me.. these are only a few of the pictures and times I have caught him doing things like this!

5 Year Anniversary

Brady and I have been married for FIVE years! That is super crazy to me! So much has happened! Of course we had this Wonderful weekend in Park City planned with babysitters scheduled and the day before we left Marshall got Croup!!

Well, we rescheduled and when 2 weeks later. Tyson (Brady's brother) and his wife Jessica were so wonderful and watched the kids overnight while we celebrated our Anniversary. Thanks again guys!
We had so much fun! We first went up to Solider Hollow in Midway to go tubing! That was so so fun! We stayed the night in a nice hotel in Heber and ate Mexican there too! They had a hot tub where we talked to this random guy the whole time... actually HE talked the whole time. We finally got away haha. We didn't have to get up with the kids! That was greatest part!
We got 90 min. massages in Park City where we spent the rest of the day. We walked around the canyons for a bit and had a delicious lunch there. Then we stopped off at a few stores at the outlets before we went home! It was a short trip but we had a such a good time! That was the first time we were away from our kids like that and I am pretty sure we will be doing that again as soon as we can get a babysitter.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's.... DAY!
Marshall helping make heart shaped sugar cookies!
Marshall's little girlfriend Abby was helping too. They are holding hands lol
For Family Night Tyson and Jessica came over. We all decorated cookies and then took them to Marshall's friends. It was his first experience of "Door Bell Ditching"!!
Both Brady and I had a tradition for Valentines Day where our Mom's would door-bell-ditch a Valentine's Day package for us. I can just imagine them running around the house to make it look like they were there the whole time haha. Anyway, we are continuing that tradition with our kids. It is a little difficult in an apartment though because there is only ONE door. So Brady had to keep Marshall in the back room while I left the package, rang the doorbell, and shut the door softly. Marshall came running, opened the door and found a decorated brown paper bag. In it was a sweet cape & mask and of course some goodies! He was super excited!
Thanks Grandma's for the goodies you sent too!
Another Pinterest find: I made some rice krispy kisses for Brady and the boys!
Well of course we had to have a PARTY! That is who we are! Since we didn't have babysitters we invited some friends over to celebrate Valentines Day with us. The poster is the name of the party!
Brady made me some delicious chocolate coverd strawberry's and pretzels. They were delicious! I added a bunch of other yummy treats for the party. The cherry cupcakes (from Pinterest) were amazing!
We are big Papa Murphy fans so we had to get the heart shaped Pizza for dinner!
And for the activity we played Just Dance! It was so fun! Jenna was amazing! She beat the heck out of all of us. Then the boys played Smash brothers on Game Cube til like 10:30! haha Really romantic, but seriously a blast!

Does anyone do anything off of Pinterest?

Well.. I sure haven't done much off of Pinterest. I have taken mostly just recipes off of it. But it makes me want to organize my stuff and make things that I probably don't really need. haha

Here is a phone charger holder thing I made! Kind of fun!

After almost 2 years of living at the same apartment and not being able to reach the top shelf, I'm embarrassed to show, my laundry closet looks like this. Haha So, with a few minutes of straightening up and a few dollars in baskets I made things more organized in a way that will stay organized!
Before
After
I know it isn't that pretty or amazing, but it is a big difference to me!
