Marshall's first official hair cut

The first time we cut Marshall's hair we only cut the back. This time we cut the whole thing. Oh my goodness it is so short. We even cut off his little curls.
This is just a video trying to get a closer look at his hair. You might have to fast foward a little.

Baby Jazmyn

Our friends Anthony and Andrea had a beautiful baby girl!! We went to see her and she was so tiny. Oh my goodness I couldn't get over how small she was. She is so adorable. Marshall is kissing her foot in this picture! Good luck being new parents guys and congrats!! She is beautiful! After seeing her and Corinne I think Brady will be OK if we ever have a girl haha!

Marshall's Finger Paintings

Here is Marshall getting ready to finger paint. He was so funny. He loves to rub ketchup all over everything but he didn't really like doing it with the paint. He kept rubbing his hands on his shirt to clean off his hands. It was funny. He tried to escape a few times with paint all over his hands but I caught him before he touched anything.
His paintings..
End result. I bought some frames from the DI and matted the paintings to put in his room. Pretty inexpensive project!

More Sledding!

When we got home from Connecticut we went to Rock Canyon park with our friend Mckelle and Casey and their boy Brigdon. It was so icy and bumpy. But they had a lot of fun on the small hill. Here is a video of them.

Almost 3 weeks in Connecticut and we still weren't ready to come home!

We had so much fun in Connecticut! It was so good just to be with the family.
Jeff had his Court of Honor. That was pretty neat to go to since I've never been to one. Brady was lucky enough to sit in the eagles nest haha.
Kimmy and Corinne.
Marshall and Jared
New Years Eve we had a huge dance party in the bonus room.. just us kids. It was pretty fun! We played the Wii and ended up playing horsey with the babies.
I became a horsey that night too.
Marshall and Corinne loved to play together, especially Ring Around the Rosie. Marshall would just keep grabbing Corinne's hand to do it again and again. It was so cute. They usually only held one hand for some reason.
Isn't he the cutest thing you've ever seen??
They took a few baths together too. So cute!

Mom and Dad took us to this really nice Steak dinner. It was amazing! Thanks again!
The last day we were there the boys (Jared, Brady and Jeff) went to New York and had their boy time. It was super cold but they had a lot of fun!

Family Pictures

In Connecticut we decided to take some family pictures since we were all there. We took them in front of an old barn in back of my parents house.

The Whole Family: Mom, Dad, Marshall, Katie, Brady, Jared, Kim, Jeff, Mindi, Don and Corinne!

Aren't these adorable?!?

This was how they were by the end! Just not having it. haha

Fun Sledding.. and other crazy things

So Jared got this wonderful idea to get his friends plow and make a huge hill and jump. They plowed the street and driveway to make this hill ramp thing.. which is only at the top of the hill. The backyard keeps going down out of the picture.
And then they plowed the backyard to make a jump. If that wasn't enough they had to put the picnic table in the middle of it. No seriously though I think they all had a blast on it. I only freaked when Brady went down it with Marshall on the sled and fell off the table. Good thing he has good reflexes.
This is Marshall's first time in his snow outfit. He fell over and can't get up haha. Oh and we can't find his hat or gloves so he is wearing Corinne's haha.
Marshall LOVES sledding! We would say "Ready.. Set.." and he would say "GO!" Then he would say it over and over. He just wanted to keep going!
This is the first time he went down by himself. He fell but he was fine!
These are just some cute pictures in the snow!

This is Marshall's first time sledding. He went a lot faster the next times. This time we had new unpacked snow.

Christmas in Connecticut

Here is our little goof ball on Christmas morning!! He was so funny. He didn't even care to open presents. He liked playing with things but he really just wanted to run around the house.

We were very blessed this Christmas and got a lot of fun things. Thanks to Mom and Dad especially for everything :) but everyone else too!
Marshall had Corinne for Christmas so I made her a princess outfit. She has a tiara, a wand, a necklace and jewelery, a tutu and shoes! So cute!
After an AMAZING dinner on Christmas night, we went to the Reeds to hang out for a bit. 2/3rds of Definitely Fall played for us! It was sure loud in that basement now that it is finished. It reminded us of good times! Marshall got to play a little too!

Christmas EVE

We celebrated Christmas Eve in Connecticut! We had the Reeds over. It was so fun because everyone was there!
We had some delicious food too. Enchiladas and Cafe Rio Pork Burritos, etc. YUM!

Here are the girls: Mindi, Mom (Connie), Katie, Kim, and Corinne!
We always open one gift on Christmas Eve. We usually open Grandma and Grandpa Marshall's gifts. This year we got the book the Five Thousand Year Leap which Grandpa expects us to have read by Bear Lake so we can discuss it. They also brought back jewelery from Egypt for the girls and consecrated oil back from Israel for the boys. The oil was actually grown in Israel by Macmud the Arab and consecrated by Grandpa Marshall in the Garden of Gethsemane on Oct. 29, 2010. It is definitely a special present!

That night we also went to a retirement home and went caroling through the halls with the Reeds. Then we came back to our house for a great game of White Elephant or whatever it was called.. it was the same as White Elephant.

Noble Sports Christmas Party and Christmas Penguins!

For Brady's work party we made these cute little Christmas cupcake penguins. They were fun, yummy and everyone loved them. I just wish my camera took better pictures because they look a little better in real life. Oh well you get the picture. By the way Brady did most of the detailed work. Didn't he do a good job??
It was really neat to go to Brady's work party too because I had never met all the owners and workers not to mention their wives. We are all close to the same age and have kids around the same age too.. except Dave. Anyway it was just good to get to know the people that he is spending all his time with.

Marshall Christmas Party

Well I thought we had decided not to do the big Marshall Christmas Party's anymore but since it was Carma's turn she wanted to do it and we did! It was really fun! We still just hung out with our smaller Marshall family. Marshall got to sit on Santa's lap for the first time. He kept wanting to go up afterwards haha.
Here is Grandpa with his sisters! Aren't they cute?!? You see a different side of Grandpa when he is with them. It's great!
